Dumping Dallas

This Packer fan has both Run the Table and R-E-L-A-X covered. Jeff Nimz (right) is with a fan who was probably the only person in the stadium who couldn’t lose. He is trapped between supporting the two teams he loves. Jeff Nimz is surrounded by pairs of hands in sticky gloves. His stepson Dennis Bloecher is on the left. Note the Lite Beer gate behind them. This group of Packers fans celebrates the real America’s Team beating the pretender in one of two NFC Divisional playoff games. They hang out at a sports bar across the street from AT&T Stadium. This Dallas fan gets credit for originality, even if it didn’t work out.

A couple of Packer fans with ties to Wisconsin made the trek from Los Angeles, Cal., to the big game in “The Big D,” and witnessed a wild game and what was billed as a huge upset. In reality, it was just Aaron Rodgers and the boys stringing another triumph into the Run the Table proclamation.

The Packers pulled out a 34-31 triumph with the second of Mason Crosby’s 50-yard-plus field goals in the final two minutes of the game, the first time that had been done in NFL history.
